These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Go Mow Pro LLC (“Go Mow Pro,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They cover your use of gomowpro.com and the lawn care, landscaping and property maintenance services we perform. By using this site, requesting an estimate, or allowing us to perform work at your property, you agree to these Terms.
Go Mow Pro provides mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, hedging, trimming, pruning, planting, flower bed work, weeding, brush removal, overgrowth clearing, pressure washing and gutter cleaning to residential and commercial properties in Chattanooga TN, North Georgia and Northeast Alabama. Availability varies by location and season, and we may decline or discontinue work at any property at our discretion.
Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee that we will service a particular property. A service relationship begins only when we confirm the work with you.
We schedule visits by route and by day, not by appointment time, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Rain, storms, saturated ground, equipment failure and safety conditions can push a visit — when that happens we move you to the next available day rather than skipping the service. Grass growth is seasonal, and mowing frequency may be adjusted to match it.

If the crew cannot access the property, or conditions are unsafe, we may skip the visit and a trip charge may apply. Areas we cannot reach will be left as found.
Unless we have agreed to different terms with you in writing:
Recurring service can be cancelled at any time — just let us know before your next scheduled visit so we can take you off the route. Work already performed remains payable. For scheduled one-time projects, please give us as much notice as you can; deposits on custom work or specially ordered materials may be non-refundable to the extent we have already incurred the cost. We may also end service at any time, and will tell you if we do.
We carry insurance and we take care of your property. If we damage something, tell us within three (3) days of the visit so we can look at it while the cause is still clear, and we will repair or make it right where we are responsible.
We are not responsible for damage to items we could not reasonably have known about or seen, including unmarked irrigation heads and lines, invisible fence wire, shallow or improperly buried utility and cable lines, hidden stakes or debris, or objects concealed in tall grass. Nor are we responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by weather or third parties, or thrown-object damage in areas where debris was not cleared.
Lawns and plants are living things affected by soil, drainage, shade, weather, watering, pests and disease. We perform our work to professional standards, but we cannot guarantee growth, survival, color, pest-free conditions or any particular appearance. Newly installed plants depend on watering and care after we leave, which is the property owner’s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We sometimes photograph completed work for our website and social media. Photos show the landscaping only — never house numbers, street addresses or identifying details — and we never publish your name or address with them. If you would rather we did not photograph your property, just tell us and we will note it on your account.
The content on gomowpro.com — text, layout, graphics, photographs and the Go Mow Pro name and logo — belongs to Go Mow Pro LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering or receiving our services. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell or use our content or branding for another business.
Do not use this site to submit false information, send spam or automated submissions, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation. We may block access to anyone who does.
We work to keep information on this site accurate and current, but service descriptions, coverage areas and any pricing shown may change without notice and may contain errors or omissions.
This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
This disclaimer applies to the website. Our workmanship on services you hire us for is covered by section 8 and by any separate written agreement between us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Mow Pro LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of use, arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to services performed will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold Go Mow Pro harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your failure to disclose hazards at your property.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve between us will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Walker County, Georgia, and both of us consent to that venue.
Before filing anything, please call us — nearly every issue gets resolved with a phone call and a return visit.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with the “last updated” date above, and it applies to site use and to services performed after it is posted.
