Go Mow Pro LLC (“Go Mow Pro,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides lawn care, landscaping and property maintenance services across Chattanooga TN, North Georgia and Northeast Alabama. This policy explains how we handle information collected through gomowpro.com and when you contact us for an estimate.
The short version: we only collect what you send us on a quote form, we use it to get back to you about lawn care, and we do not sell it, rent it or trade it to anyone.
When you submit a quote or contact form on this site, we collect the details you type into it:
If you call, text or email us instead, we keep whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, contact details and the address of the property you would like serviced.
When a form is submitted, our server also records the date and time, the IP address the submission came from, and the page or source it came from. This is standard web-server information used to prevent spam and abuse and to understand which pages generate inquiries.

When you submit a form or give us your number, you are asking us to get back to you — so you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message or email about your request, your estimate and your scheduled service. Message and data rates may apply to texts sent by your carrier. We do not send marketing text blasts, and we do not share or sell your phone number to anyone for their own marketing.
You can opt out at any time by telling the person you are speaking with, replying STOP to a text, or using the contact details in section 12. Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages about work already scheduled at your property.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or cross-site tracking on gomowpro.com, and there is nothing here that follows you to other websites.
Our web server keeps routine access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type, date and time) as virtually every website does, for security and troubleshooting. Because we do no behavioral tracking, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals differently — there is nothing to turn off.
We keep inquiries and estimate requests for as long as needed to follow up and, if you become a customer, for as long as we service your property plus the period required for our business, tax and insurance records — generally up to seven years. Inquiries that never become customers are kept for a shorter period and then discarded. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 8).
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and inquiry records are kept on access-restricted servers and in accounts protected by passwords available only to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not collect payment or financial data on this site, which keeps the risk low.

Our services are offered to property owners and managers. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
